The Role:  
The Brand & Digital Marketing (Senior) Manager leads the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs that build brand awareness, affinity and product adoption in Japan market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs that build brand awareness, affinity and product adoption in Japan market
  • Develop deep knowledge of our target audience and routinely understand the effectiveness of our marketing programs, promoting a test-and-learn mindset among the broader team
  • Direct and collaborate with team members and agency partners to ensure cohesive, seamless and locally-relevant brand presence on all channels
  • Effectively manage and continuously optimize paid media to drive traffic and achieve commercial goals
  • Develop and execute social and influencer marketing strategies to foster an ambassador community and inspire word-of-mouth marketing
  • Requirements:

  • 5+ years of brand management and digital marketing experiences in tech/fashion/lifestyle space
  • Practical experience running marketing programs and paid media that scaled digitally-led brand growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive ROI improvements
  • Possess a growth mindset and will foster a test-and-learn approach
  • Highly self-motivated and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment that requires an ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage and develop a team
  • Professional proficiency in Japanese and English
