The Chief of Staff at Nature’s Fynd will work directly with our Co-Founders and Leadership Team as their trusted right-hand. The individual in this high-visibility and high-impact position will boost our strategic thinking and execution by spearheading and managing the processes behind the core initiatives of the organization. The Chief of Staff will wear several hats, ranging from acting as a strategic advisor to the Leadership Team, to spearheading cross-functional initiatives that encompass all divisions of the organization, including R&D, Engineering, Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, and Intellectual Property. The ideal candidate will be an individual that has strong leadership qualities, experience rapidly understanding, simplifying, and communicating complex technological concepts and processes, and exceptional people and project management skills.
