We are looking for a Copack Planning Manager to join our team. 
Due to business needs, all qualified candidates must reside in Eastern Standard Time.

Here are the things we want to hire you to do:

  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including, co-manufacturers, plants, product development, finance, sales, inventory, and logistics
  • Support the oversight of production at co-manufacturers
  • Create and provide supply forecasts to co-packers
  • Lead/participate in weekly calls with copackers, product development, and other internal/external teams
  • Lead small team in planning for copacking sites while taking into account internal production
  • Oversee the collection of expected, actual, and released production quantities and expected product released dates
  • Improve and create processes and reports for communicating production information to sales and other teams
  • Assist in the development of planning systems, such as Anaplan
  • Oversee ERP system and reporting planning functions
  • Support new copacker and product launches
  • Engage in monthly IBP cycles
  • Support in product life cycle management activities for the phase in of new products and discontinuations of end-of-life SKUs
  • Work with the Co-packing team to provide supporting materials for Quarterly Business Reviews with co-manufacturers
  • Ensure a continuous culture mindset is developed and sustained
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and initiate projects with appropriate teams
  • Support in creating and maintaining S&OE planning process
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Here are the things we think you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred
  • 5-7 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning
  • Experience working with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics D365 a huge plus
  • Experience in Microsoft applications for reporting, advanced excel skills are required
  • Ability to manage and lead a geographically separated team
  • S&OP/IBP cycle experience is preferred
  • CPG experience is required, food experience is preferred
  • Anaplan experience is a plus but not required
  • High degree of initiative and ownership, attention to detail, and the discipline to follow through on assigned tasks
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and ability to communicate details clearly and effectively
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and written and verbal communication
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with changing demands and priorities
  • Willingness to accept new responsibilities and challenges

    The salary for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. Compensation may also include bonus, commission, or equity as applicable. For the state of Colorado only, our good faith estimate of the starting pay for this role is $100,000.
