As a Production Supervisor at Misfits Market, you will be responsible for managing a diverse and talented manufacturing team. Your primary goal is to properly organize staff members and achieve a reasonable workflow throughout the day. Your position will also include directing, managing disciplinary action, training and developing Production Lead team members.

You Will:

• Enforces company policies and guidelines
• Recruits, hires, and trains team members
• Assists team members by offering personal growth opportunities
• Implements cost-saving strategies and techniques
• Completes production plan by scheduling, assigning personnel and establishing priorities
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Evaluates the condition of production equipment and contacts appropriate sources for repairs
• Counsels team members on how to achieve an optimal output or workflow
• Resolves issues and disputes between team members
• Creates and maintains work schedules
• Communicates with and assists other departments as needed
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for all team members
• Compiles and analyzes daily production needs

You Have: 

• Five to seven years of previous supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Excellent coaching and communication skills
• Ability to track expenses and compile budget reports
• Broad knowledge of production planning processes
• Experience demonstrating process improvement plans
• Strategic planning skills
• Able to deal with complex issues in a fast-paced setting

Schedule: 

• Wednesday – Saturday  
• 6am to 4:30pm
