AeroFarms is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to work on our Marketing Team.

The Team

AeroFarms Marketing team is responsible for driving overall brand strategy, understanding consumer insights, and owning product portfolio and performance.

The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role communicating our award-winning brand value proposition and building community and engagement with a focus on performance branding and omni-channel marketing while driving sales with measurable ROI. Must be passionate about food and making a difference with an insatiable interest about brands and connecting with consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Own and implement all digital ads, campaigns, partnerships, and budget to achieve AeroFarms targeted KPIs and OKRs for brand awareness, growth, engagement and to drive sales.
  • Report out on weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual programs to track and optimize performance and ROI.
  • Support Account Management to develop specific account programs including integration with retailer ad networks to drive overall sales and increase sales velocity.
  • Manage CRM and audience building marketing efforts to inform omni-channel marketing approach of the customer journey and path to purchase.
  • Own website project management, directly overseeing developer team and managing website backend and frontend to ensure world-class UX that is data analytics driven.
  • Own Google analytics + SEO strategies and execution.
  • Oversee project management and timelines for the design and development of digital ads creative assets with broader marketing team and 3rd parties.
  • Conduct research and marketing modelling mix to drive insights and  to identify and create new marketing programs to connect with our audiences and drive sales.
  • Support on-site and remote events as needed including occasional events on evenings and weekends for sampling, panels, festivals, etc.

Experience and skills

  • 5+ years relevant work experience in a similar role in digital marketing preferably with CPG and supermarket channels. Ideally, some agency experience in both digital ad strategy and implementation.
  • Passionate about food, sustainability, and technology!
  • Mastery of all relevant platforms including HubSpot, Google Ads, Google AdWords, Facebook Analytics, Instagram Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Twitter Analytics.
  • Mastery of WordPress and Back End Website management, Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Planner.
  • Mastery of SEO, SEM, and keywords strategies
  • Background in modeling and statistics.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an ability to adapt tone and voice to various audiences
  • Experienced with CRM platforms like HubSpot to manage overall customer campaigns and omni-channel marketing.
  • A number cruncher at heart with strong analytical and Excel skills including being well-versed with Nielsen/IRI and other syndicated data to drive insights and strategies.
  • A foodie with a background in restaurant/hospitality because food and customer experience really matters.
  • Ability to create graphics and digital assets as needed – graphic design and photography skills a plus
  • Self-motivated and resourceful creative thinker who is extremely detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
  • Strong prioritization, planning and project management skills including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while keeping an eye on future projects while meeting regular deadlines.
