The ERP Manager’s role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise the management of day-to-day ERP System support activities as well as the design, development, implementation, and integration of related software applications.

The ERP Manager will also be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing ERP systems and applications. This individual will apply proven problem-solving and communication skills, together with knowledge of best practices to guide the ERP application development team on issues related to the design, development and deployment of mission-critical ERP software systems and information.

Essential functions:

Utilize NetSuite experience to provide leadership, functional and technical guidance, and support for the implementation of NetSuite’s Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing

The ability to support data import process and migration

The ability to maintain NetSuite updates

Can create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the business’ needs

Can provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system

Is familiar with the NetSuite dashboard and can provide users with relevant reports and KPIs

Specializes in NetSuite ERP program with prior experience with NetSuite CRM and eCommerce

Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting

Utilize time management to ensure system change requests are handled on time

Effectively communicate any changes to the Systems team including demonstrations of changes and documenting feedback

Lead and manage UAT sessions, including documenting feedback and bugs

Performing training session

Has the ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines

Can demonstrate strong leadership skills

Can confidently provide support and user training across departments

Required education and experience:

Education: Whatever is standard for position

4+ years in ERP management

If remote, candidate must be able to travel to HQ at least once per quarter
