• Safely operating production equipment in a team environment • Maintaining a clean work space during operations 
• Cleaning equipment and workspaces thoroughly at end of shift • Moving bulk materials using a fork truck and/or pallet jack 
• Preparing shipments for delivery to customers and receiving bulk deliveries of raw materials 
• Sharing ideas for how our operations system can continuously improve

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies: 

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment 
• Strong attention to detail • Ability to complete physical labor over an 8-hour period 
• Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 20-pound for extended periods of time 
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally 
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
• Ability to work mandatory overtime on occasion Preferred Qualifications and Competencies 
• Demonstrated experience leading small groups 
• Lean manufacturing experience 
• Clean room experience 
• Operation of experimental and early-stage production equipment 
• Mechanically inclined and can troubleshoot equipment
