About the role

This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing 600+ team member population in our Vacaville facility with a very collaborative and progressive People Operations Team. You are the first point of contact for all our employees and will help assist the People Operations team with the various employee and manager requests that come through daily. We are seeking an individual who is upbeat, positive, approachable, and passionate about the team member experience!

This role is 100% onsite at our Vacaville facility.

What you’ll do

Manage all pre-employment, new hire paperwork, I-9 documentation, and offboarding; enter new hire information into the required HRIS systems.

Maintain all personnel files and status changes/updates in HRIS systems.

Assist People Ops team with COVID protocols and return to work clearances.

Perform employment verifications for current and terminated employees.

Maintain, support, Employee Relations issues, including investigations.

Ensure all facilities are current with all compliance postings and updates.

An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment

Cultivate internal and external relationships in support of business and People Operations goals.

Serve as a People Operations liaison with internal customers

Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring

At least 2 years of experience as a People Ops/HR Coordinator (essential).

Effective HR administration and people management skills.

Bilingual skills (Spanish) required

Full understanding of HR functions and best practices

Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines

Highly computer literate with capability in email, and related business and communication tools

Fantastic organizational and time management skills

Outstanding interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive employee information with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols

Ability to prioritize, self-start, and do self-directed work in an environment with minimal direction

Possess excellent organizational, written, and communication Skills

Proficient in using multiple platforms including G-Suite and Slack

Remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment

Hold a strong work ethic and are committed to excellence
