Full-time, exempt

Responsibilities
Oversee the entire lifecycle of Mission Barns purchases from requisition to accounting
Work with internal teams to understand material needs and timeline requirements
Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing and lead time, and to track goods as they’re shipped
Lead cross-functional teams in the identification of alternative products/suppliers
Support coordination of QC and legal documents for relevant internal stakeholders
Receive packages and ensure accuracy and condition of goods delivered
Monitor inventory to ensure we always have what we need
Create purchase orders and track these purchases through confirmation, shipment, reception, and payment
Pay vendors for completed purchases, and ensure purchases are accurately represented in our books
Help establish and modify supplier contracts and NDAs
About You
3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field
Experience in GMP settings is preferred
Experience with general ledger is preferred
Passionate about our mission to create high-quality meat products in a better way
Impeccable communication and organization
Can-do attitude, happy to do anything that helps the company
