You will build infrastructure and product experiences and infrastructures that inspire users to sign-up for one of Indigo’s market-leading programs. As the Growth PM, you will join the Platform Experience team whose mission it is to deliver an amazing experience for users’ from their first interaction with Indigo through their first program engagements and beyond. You will be primarily responsible for driving growth at the top-of-the-funnel, but your know-how and deep knowledge of the customer will also play a key role in onboarding and other parts of the user lifecycle.  


  • Partner with internal and external customers to understand pain points in the top-of-the-funnel user journey and translate these opportunities into solutions that benefit multiple stakeholders
  • Build robust landing-page templates and experiences that can be developed end-to-end within the platform experience and scale to be more self-service over time. 
  • Manage implementation and maintenance of tracking to ensure measurability across the growth funnel, primarily focusing on conversion and acquisition but you will introduce frameworks that can support measurement throughout the user journey.
  • Hone in on problems, form hypotheses, and run experiments, to move the needle on conversion rates
  • Lead/influence cross functional marketing, analytics, engineering, and design teams 
  • Own platform wide content management systems (CMS) or configuration tools that enable various stakeholders to rapidly and reliably publish content
  • Set performance benchmarks and monitor performance standards for all pre-login landing pages
  • Optimize CTA’s and account creation flows to encourage action and reduce friction
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years Product management experience
  • Experience or interest in web design; you are a big believer in the power of first impressions and have ideas on how to win users over quickly
  • Perfect for someone who enjoys the intersection of Product and Marketing
  • You are data-driven, curious and analytical; you can identify challenges and use data to tell stories and share results
  • Strong project management experience; able to manage and prioritize requirements from multiple stakeholders at once
  • Excellent communication skills adept at communicating and setting expectations with colleagues
