Where we need help

Allbirds sends thousands of messages each year including brand messages, new product launches, color launches etc. With more ways than ever to contact new and existing customers, the build of a robust personalisation strategy and engine will be key for Allbirds success and your responsibility.

  • As a Product Manager Personalization you will play a key role in executing, implementing and driving the personalization strategy to allow for more personalized customer centric 1:1 messaging journeys that drive brand love, traffic, awareness and sales for Allbirds. 
  • You define the personalization requirements for Allbirds and prioritize them according to business needs & product roadmap. 
  • You drive the delivery of personalization efforts with our engineering, data scientists and analyst teams using agile development processes.
  • You will identify, conceptualize and develop new features and make sure that Allbirds is at the forefront when it comes to personalization.  
  • You will be the leader and championing all things personalization across all stakeholders, internal and external, including international teams, marketing etc.
  • You develop an A/B testing strategy for the channels and identify opportunities to better understand customer segments and their lifecycle and behaviors, ultimately to increase activity and customer lifetime value. 
  • Your technical background will allow you to be the point of contact of our ESP/CRM system and tackle any technical questions they might have. 
  • Work with the content & creative team to improve customer engagement and ensure synced messaging & branding across all touchpoints.

What kind of person are we looking for?

  • 4+ years working experience with lifecycle/CRM/Personalization programs from strategy-to-execution. 
  • Strong business sense to drive processes and innovation and take ownership of tasks
  • Successful track record of building a product/program vision and roadmap, paired with the ability to clearly communicate and execute them.
  • Focus on and passion for creating solutions that are catered towards business objectives
  • Obtain strong communication skills that will help you in acting as a bridge between different teams and building up trust with key stakeholders
  • Possess analytical skills to break down problems and structure them without getting lost in details and to define and measure the impact
  • Previous experience working in and on ESPs/CRM systems is a plus. 
  • Ability to pull and manage own data. Functional knowledge of SQL/HTML/CSS is a plus
