Plant-Based, Vegan and Sustainable Job Platform Seeks Mission-Aligned and Independent Sales Representative is a specialized job board and recruiting platform that is committed to reducing the need to make food and materials using animals and to building a sustainable and compassionate future. We’re seeking an independent, goal-oriented Sales Consultant to sell niche job placement advertising plans, social media marketing and other services as they become available to mission-aligned employers looking for talented applicants to fill open positions with like-minded people, and creating a fulfilling culture.

The ideal candidate is a fast-paced self-starter who enjoys recommending and selling services to plant-based, vegan and sustainable companies. We are looking for a motivated individual who is comfortable with independent freedom, being their own boss and that shares in our mission to remove animals from the supply chain.

In addition, the ideal candidate will be:

  • Empowered and creative in finding win-win solutions to assist mission-driven employers to grow through brand visibility and access to a pool of mission-aligned candidates.
  • Passionate about helping plant-based companies and related sustainable organizations find mission-aligned team members.


  • Make sales calls with the intent to sell job posting packages and social media marketing to mission-aligned employers
  • Find leads, develop clients using sales skills such as cold calling, email, google & LinkedIn searches
  • Conduct presentations and zoom sales meetings.
  • Approach human resource managers and recruiters
  • Achieve mutually agreed upon goals and sales targets
  • Apply, develop and maintain relationships within the alternative protein, animal advocacy and sustainability space.
  • Assist new clients as needed – create or arrange for company profile set up and system walk-through.
  • Participate in team strategy meetings as needed
  • Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends to improve skills and opportunity
  • Monitor competitors for ideas, risks and changes that could impact business

Desired Attributes:

  • Proven work experience, 2+ years in a similar sales role(s)
  • Outgoing and warm personality with a desire to serve others
  • Excellent prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Commission & Benefits Outline


Earn substantial commission income selling job posting plans and marketing services:

  • 50% commission on new membership plans for year one
  • 30% on client renewals as purchased or renewed in year two or thereafter
  • 10% on referrals including:
  • Consulting & Coaching Services
  • Custom Social Media Marketing Plans
  • Outsourced business services such as financial, accounting or bookkeeping, Human Resource consulting, or other business service referrals through our sister company New Earth Partners.


No Risk, Full Flexibility: There’s no financial risk involved, no quotas or deadlines.  Make your own schedule and run with it as if it’s your own.

Hours: Flexible

Location: Remote

Earning Potential: Unlimited with residual income as we grow and build a sales team.

Residual Income: With success, team leaders and members will share in profits.

Coaching & Training: Ongoing coaching, skill-building and personal development sessions.

Sales Support: Company email, software access including Google Workspace and Zoom with some expenses paid based on production.


As a Passion Placement Sales Representative you will:

Explain and sell the advantages of our system and services to employers and organizations whose mission is to advocate for animals or to  take animals out of the supply chain for the benefit of animals, health and/or the planet.

  • Identify employers that would benefit from reaching our highly targeted candidate pool
  • Sell membership plans and services
  • Participate in product and service development
  • Help and support clients in growing their teams and building culture
  • Promote candidate use of the site
  • Help make the world better, safer and healthier for all
