The Oatly Department of Mind Control (ODMC) is looking for a Senior Design Project Manager, reporting into the Director of Project Management, North America. This is hybrid/remote role based in the USA, preferably in the EST time zone and will require you to travel to NYC regularly for team meetings.
As the Senior Design PM, you will collaborate with our Design Director to manage the workflow of all job requests and executions.
You will be the point of contact and gate keeper for the design team and work closely with E-commerce, Commercial, Retail, Foodservice and Coffee teams to ensure they are supported in their creative efforts. You will also act as a point of contact for external creative partners when required.
It is imperative that you take pride in creating environments for making great work within the Oatly organization and outside partners. Your ability to create effective relationships will be directly proportional to your success in this role.
The Senior Design PM is the oil in the creative machine and the one who shepherds momentum across all design projects within Oatly.

The salary for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. Compensation may also include bonus, commission, or equity as applicable. For the state of Colorado only, our good faith estimate of the starting pay for this role is $95,000.
