We’re using fermentation (not animals) to make dairy proteins that are the foundation for foods like ice cream, cheese and yogurt – all with the distinctive taste and textures that consumers demand, but without lactose or environmental downsides. Through partnerships with respected brands, we’re working to launch a whole range of dairy products that will help shape a humane, sustainable food system for future generations.
This person will be critical in developing systems and models to support all teams in the organization. They will be a key contributor in the implementation of planning and measurement solutions that will help improve our efficiency, accuracy, accountability, and transparency. In addition, this position is expected to play a key role in leading cross functional initiatives to capitalize on areas of growth and profit improvement projects and is expected to work collaboratively across the organization. These projects are designed to add value to the organization and achieve high level goals
Essential functions:
Partner with B2B and B2C teams on understanding and driving/leading efforts that can be improved
Work with finance and accounting team member to automate monthly reporting process
Review growth strategies and assist in all aspects that would drive the organization forward
Develop systems to support commercial and Ops teams to support future growth
Other Functions:
Create financial models & provide ad-hoc financial analysis
Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with business partners (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Corporate and Supply Chain)
Be able to lead and manage through ambiguity, particularly important as we harmonize policies and practices across the organization
Will be key player and leader in driving improvement projects and project manager in some instances where we will develop better practices in the organization
Be a change leader whilst initiating and leading the change process
Perform other duties and special projects as requested by management

Solid experience in firms’ business operations and ability to set up systems and processes to ensure firm-wide controls
Proven track record of advanced analytical skills; must be able to define and execute key analysis
Experience with leading system implementations
Proven communication skills to ensure we communicate effectively across the organization
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
5-10+ years financial analysis experience, ideally in dairy ingredients or in related industry
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Project management experience
Strong Excel financial modeling experience
Power Query, Power BI (Preferred)
Oracle based ERP, including Smartview ((Preferred)
