The Service Desk Analyst will be providing support for local network-connected devices, including desktops, mobile devices, cameras and printers.  This position will be the front line support for office processes including break/fix and inventory management.

This is NOT a remote position and the candidate must be onsite during the work week (Mon-Fri).

You will:

  • Service Desk Ticket Management 
  • Local and Remote Support for Desktops, Printers and Mobile Devices
  • Configuration and support of Zoom Rooms and Phones
  • Assist in the rollout of new process technologies
  • Application Support and Access Management

You Are:

  • Associates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with Cloud Computing Technologies
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work “hands-on” in an industrial/warehouse environment
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Familiarity with ITIL service delivery principles
  • Experience with MacBook, PC and Android devices
  • Ability to calmly adjust to a rapidly evolving business environment 
  • Experience with Help Desk software
  • Comfortable with Remote Workforce Support
  • Willingness to work independently or part of the team
