New York, NY
Founded in 2015, Bowery Farming is on a mission to democratize access to high-quality, local, safe and sustainable produce. We build smart indoor farms near cities, growing fresher, pesticide-free Protected Produce with bold flavor in precisely controlled environments, 365 days a year. At the heart of each farm is the proprietary BoweryOS, which integrates software, hardware, sensors, AI, computer vision systems, machine learning models, and robotics to orchestrate and automate the entirety of its operations. As a result, each farm creates far less waste and uses a fraction of the water and land compared to traditional agriculture. Manage customer interactions on social media and other owned digital platforms with strict response timing, while collaborating with key stakeholders to escalate trending and large-scale scenarios when appropriate
Leverage our existing database of FAQs, while proactively adding and approving boilerplate responses when necessary
Serve as the active ambassador for the Bowery community, including developing key moments for engagement that align with the marketing calendar
Work closely with Senior Brand Marketing Manager on influencer partnerships, learning how to negotiate and actively manage partnerships
Write clear activation briefs for influencer partners, and work with media partners on amplification of this content
Will include physical tasks, such as mailers and shoot production management, from time to time
