You will join the Experience Team, a UI/UX focused engineering team of 4-6 within our Market+ product organization, as a Staff Engineer. The team is composed of high-achieving front-end engineers who have a passion for designing and building out delightful and performant user experiences. The Experience Team maintains the front-end architecture and engineering standards for the Market+ product and they work closely with the UX team to design and build out the design system and corresponding UI components used in products across the organization. You are expected to have deep front-end knowledge, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a desire to continually improve yourself and those around you. You will partner with UX designers, product managers, and engineers across the organization to gain empathy for both internal consumers and external customers and develop solutions that are delightful experiences for everybody.
