The Role:  
PopSockets is currently seeking a Talent Partnerships Coordinator who will be responsible for providing support to the Talent Partnerships team, within the Creative Marketing Department. 
This individual will play a vital role in helping the brand execute a robust, best-in-class talent partnerships and collaborations strategy.  The ideal candidate will exercise discretion and independent judgment, as well as the ability to interface and work with senior level business leaders and their teams, both internally at PopSockets and externally at other Companies. This candidate should be agile, adaptable, able to anticipate problems and proactively identify solutions. In this position, the individual will be responsible for supporting tentpole moments with talent throughout the year, from an organic and paid partnerships perspective.
This role will be located in Los Angeles, CA and report directly to the Director of Talent Partnerships. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Talent Partnerships and Talent Partnerships Manager in the management execution of talent led initiatives throughout their conception, execution and launch.
  • Provide administrative support inclusive of scheduling and managing the follow through of internal and external communication.
  • Manage project timelines and organization of department materials.
  • Help build and maintain the master talent list by identifying and evaluating celebrity, influencers and tastemakers that are on brand, culturally relevant and resonate with our target communities. 
  • Assist with weekly outreach to talent and their representatives (agents, managers, PAs, stylists, hmu, etc.), in support of our multi-tiered organic seeding program, from start to finish.   
  • Work in tandem with the rest of the Talent Partnerships team to manage relationships with talent and execute curated product sends. 
  • Monitor organic social media placements and assemble monthly recaps and reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other members of the Creative Marketing Department to execute talent led creative campaigns throughout the pre-production, production and post production process. 
  • Assist in off-site marketing activations and events as necessary.
  • Participate in special projects such as gathering and summarizing competitive intelligence, industry trends, etc.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Communications, Fine Arts, Advertising Design or equivalent is a plus)
  • 1-2 years of Executive Assistant, Coordinator or similar experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Celebrity and Influencer marketing experience at an agency, management company, brand or entertainment focused organization.
  • Understanding of the talent marketing landscape.
  • Highly organized, self-starter with ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team player with great initiative.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with follow through on tasks to completion.
  • Comfortable working independently while thinking critically and adhering to deadlines.
  • Pay range: $55,000 to $65,000
